Welcome to KNI, Southwest Michigan's leader for Magnetic Resonance Imaging. Founded 25 years ago, KNI has built a reputation first as a service that meets the needs of referring physicians and their patients with the latest equipment and diagnostic expertise. Today, KNI has two fixed imaging centers and eight mobile units that operate throughout Michigan.
KNI and its physicians utilize partnerships with Borgess Medical Center, Kalamazoo Neurology, Premier Radiology and the NeuroInstitute of Southwest Michigan to provide the most comprehensive imaging services in the region. KNI has two 3.0 Tesla magnets, along with the region's only open, 1.0 Tesla high-field magnet. Additionally, KNI continues to introduce new diagnostic and treatment techniques, such as MR-guided treatment for uterine fibroids.
